There are a few reasons why I don't want The Perfect Guy, but they all pretty much stem from the fact that:

I'm not The Perfect Girl

It's important to me that I am on an equal footing, equal standing in a relationship. If he is so perfect, what could I possibly offer? How could a relationship with me add anything more to what he already has?

It may seem selfish to say that it would annoy me, or that I would always feel at a disadvantage to date or marry a Mr. Perfect--but it is much more selfish, in my *humble* opinion, to want a relationship with someone who can give without any desire to take.
