A little
eccentric? Perhaps. But Kenny Howard (aka Von Dutch)
was a
legend of
hotrod art and the
God of
pinstriping in the
golden age of
cusom motorcycles and
custom cars and, of course,
inventor of the
Flying Eyeball. When it came to
flames and
scallops he had no equal.
He was also known to make his own postage stamps and he invented the motorized rollerskate.
Sadly no longer with us, he passed away in 1992.
