Ancient Native American homeland in southern Nevada, now a state park. Also located due south of Lake Mead. Named because, at sunrise and sunset, the clustered redrock mountains make the Nevada valley look as though there is a fire blazing through it. An awesome place to go hiking, rock climbing and camping. Cannot be fully appreciated unless one actually visits and experiences its euphoric vistas.
