(aka TVision) A TUI toolkit from Borland.
It was very good toolkit, actually; It supported all ideas of GUI programming and when GUIs became commonplace and if you had used TVision, it was easy to move from TVision to GUI world. TVision applications supported "desktop", windows, dialogs, mouse, and even had an editor "widget" (though it was limited to use only short files - this was real mode DOS thing, after all!)
Turbo Vision originally came with Turbo C and Turbo Pascal, and it was a proprietary project. However, it has since been released under open source license and versions are out there for GNU systems too (Linux included).
