This is a sculpture called "Troll, that smells christianblood" and is made by Niels Hansen Jacobsen (1861-1941). It's made of Bronze, Modelled in 1895-96. It was ordered in bronze by Carl Jakobsen in 1901-02. The sculpture is placed at The Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek garden

The Reason I'm writing this is because I often see this statue when I walk by it.
In the summer of '96, my girlfriend at that time took a couple of pictures of me Riding the troll, while we were having a picnic in the garden.
I've also made a few Drawings of the troll, and I enjoy going to the Glyptotek.
(The Glyptotek is an art gallery in the heart of Copenhagen, with Sculptures and pictures founded by Carl Jakobsen)
I asked one of the custodians about the Statue and was told the facts about it.
