Shockwave conquers an
oil platform belonging to
Blackrock Oil, in order to make it the new
Decepticon HQ.
Josie Beller, an employee of the
rig, is injured but manages to escape alive with the owner
G.B. Blackrock.
Buster finds the head of
Optimus Prime kept alive inside the
Ark, and agrees to help by performing a
mindlink with the Autobot leader.
Megatron frees himself from the Ark and attacks Shockwave, resulting in a one-on-one battle for the
leadership of the Decepticons.
