For all you cheese lovers.

This is a recipe on how to make "Snack Balls"

¼ cup finely grated Provolone cheese
14½ cubes of Cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked rice
1 beaten egg
1 cup crumbled bread crumbs
1 T melted butter
1 tsp salt
a generous dash of pepper
2 tsp French mustard

Place rice and grated cheese in a bowl and mix. Pack a ball of mixture around each cube of cheese. Dip first in the beaten egg, then bread crumbs, and then deep-fat fry for 7 minutes.

Now I have never tried this because well I'm a) too lazy and b) well just too darn lazy. If you want to come over and make it for me, well then that's a different story.
