Russell group

So-called because the group meets at the Russell Hotel, the 19 universities in this group (consisting of 16 in England, two in Scotland, and one in Wales) are considered some of the most excellent in the United Kingdom. According to loftxnetwork.co.uk, "it provides a good starting list of universities for people expecting to achieve BBB in their A-levels or above".
