A children's card game. Four cards are dealt to each player, face down. The player owning the cards may look at only the outer two cards. Each turn someone takes a card from the deck.

The idea of the game is to have the lowest total amount of the numbers of the cards added up by the time a player calls Rat-A-Tat-Cat. (i.e. three ones and a zero card beat out two fives and two nines as a hand)

Also in play are a number of "special cards": Swap, Peek, and Draw 2. Swap allows a player to choose a card from another player's collection and vice versa, Peek allows one to look at one of his or her own inner two cards, and Draw 2 obviously let's people Draw 2 cards from the deck.

Quite a fun game really.
