Editor's note. Webby's obviously suffered some mis-scanning here. The other node Phoenician that it should point to has gone walkabout. No doubt one day it'll show up in Random Nodes as Phoe'nician or Phoemcian or something. Note also Phenica is almost certainly a mis-scanning for Phenicia (= Phoenicia). In US spellings -oe- is often simplified to -e-, but think of Phoenix, Arizona, a related word. - Gr.
