Mrs. Elva Miller, born October 5, 1907, died July 5, 1997. Amateur singer who gained a cult following in the 1960s doing covers of rock songs in a high-pitched warble. Her bizarre vocal stylings can be heard on her own Wild, Cool & Swingin' CD from Ultra-Lounge.
