4-6 pork chops
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt a couple tablespoons of grease in a large skillet (or heat some oil). Brown the pork chops then set in baking dish (whatever fits).
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chops. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
