Marinade for Grilled Fish

This makes enough marinade for 4 pieces of fish.
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

  1. Combine above ingredients
  2. Marinade (refrigerated) the fish in the 1/2 the mixture for 15 minutes to an hour.
  3. Grill the fish over a hot grill for 10 minutes or so basting with the remainder of the mixture. You may want to use a grilling basket to make turning the fish easier.
