Mushrooms! Mushrooms! Mushrooms! Yay!

What You Will Need
Two dozen dried Chinese black mushrooms
Two tablespoons of mushroom soy sauce
One tablespoon of saké
Salt, white pepper
Half a cup of vegetable stock, or just use the mushroom soaking liquer
One teaspoon of sesame oil
Three or four tablespoons of cooking oil

What Now?
Reconstitute the mushrooms for around 30 or 40 minutes, remove the stems. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the mushrooms for a few minutes. Now pour in the mushroom soy sauce, saké, salt, and the stock or mushroom liquor. Bring to a boil. Then turn it down to simmer for around 25 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with sesame oil. Serve hot or cold.
