Hubbard is called home for 53 women, with 21 single rooms and 16 double's . Hubbard is also one of the oldest houses on campus , in fact , it has its own anniversary reunions. The last reunion, on the house's 100th anniversary, took place in the fall of 1978. Hubbard's close proximity to academic buildings place classes only a less than 1 minute to 3 minutes walk away. The house is also located only a few feet away from Green Street, the Post Office Forbes Library and shops.There is a living room and a study,located on the first floor, where students can socialize, host parties or have friday afternoon tea . Residents eat all of their meals in the Hubbard House dining room.
A Special note: Hubbard is one of the only houses on campus without a tv in its living room.
