An evil sorcerer from another dimension in the comic Out There. He is sending out his minions into the quiet town of El Dorado in order to take over the town and later the whole Earth. Earth is not even his main goal, but on the Earth there is an artifact that he needs to take over the entire universe.
As Daedalus means 'cunning artificier', I suppose Draedalus means something like 'dreadful aftificier'.
