A frisbee throw. Dad at the beach is really easy. Grip the disc just like a backhand. Now instead of reaching across your body and throwing a backhand, just let your arm hang on your right side. Flick your arm and wrist up and forward. Tilt the bottom of the disc in a little towards your body. If you get enough snap on it, the throw will level out and slowly float towards its target. It can help to step forward with your right foot. It's kind of like throwing a baseball underhanded.
