1. Contentious: Fond of contention; given to angry debate; provoking dispute or contention; quarrelsome.

2. Ignoramus: A stupid, ignorant person; a vain pretender to knowledge; a dunce.

A portmanteau word referring to a person who keeps arguing even when wrong. And when his error is made evident, changes the argument, pretends he meant something else, uses jargon (often wrongly) in an attempt to bamboozle the other person, or just insults the other person.
