One of a basic set of commands used by Shepherds when commanding sheep-herding dogs, (esp. Border Collies). A full flanking command that instructs the dog to run clockwise around the herd of sheep. This term is corrupted from the original term, Go By, which is short for the traditional “time goes by”.
