English musician, b. Manchester, England 1959-05-12. Guitarist who gained fame and fortune with The Cult after getting his feet wet with Ed Banger And The Nosebleeds and Theatre Of Hate. Somehow created a guitar hero myth which really doesn't match his good and loud but not stunning playing.
