Problem with the writeup by MSAer99: It makes no attemp to explain what 99 is. Instead he just insults everyone else. If MSAer99 were still an active user, one could /msg him and solve these problems; however, as of July 22, 2000 this user has never logged into Everything 2.
In early computer systems the number 99 was used as an end of input marker; however, it was usually the two-byte character representation of 99 instead of the integer 99 which in binary is 1100011.
