Pearl Jam. Written about a
bus driver that they had at one point early in their career. The bus driver was apearently a rather
creepy fellow. His name was Frank. The band wrote this song to ask the question "What if our bus driver was actually
Jeffery Dahmer?"
On a side note, you can easily hear the influence of the
Red Hot Chili Peppers in this song. Pearl Jam was on the road opening for them at the time they wrote this.
