Used for cleaning brushes or tools from oil-based paint or other oil-based stuff (like... oil!). Stronger than paint thinner, weaker than furniture refinisher.

Also good for getting paint (of any kind) off of hardwood floors. Just put some on a sponge, scrub, scrape, scrub, viola!
