Love is rarely placid, choosing instead

Dizzy highs or  crushing lows

When we love

it is never wisely

We make mistakes

large ones, ones we regret

Love makes every argument louder,

every harsh word sharper

So when we don't care

or force ourself to stop caring, it is not about animosity

Indifference is a room without windows

a concert hall without instruments

Silence is a statement

not a question

It's better to feel pain, than nothing at all

The opposite of love - indifference
