A U2 album, distributed only to members of Propaganda, the U2 fan club. Contains most of a live set from the Pop tour stop in Mexico City, including an excellent version of Please, and a version of One that was dedicated to Michael Hutchence, lead singer of INXS, who had recently committed suicide.
