One of the classic examples of the form of wordplay called a spoonergram variation. One of the standard flat types in the NPL.

Comes from an old one-liner that says "I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy." Also heard without the "full".

Also a line from They Might Be Giants' song Your Own Worst Enemy.
