A
NetHack amulet that confers magical breathing, as the name implies. This will prevent you from being
strangled or
choked (as from a rope
golem or other choking creature), and will allow you to breathe
underwater.
Eels will not be able to
drown you.
This amulet produces no messages, so it can be difficult to identify. They are also fairly rare -- wearing random amulets is still very dangerous due to the possibility of an amulet of strangulation, amulet of change, or amulet of restful sleep.
