A silly NetHack amulet that has an effect identical to the girdle of masculinity/femininity in AD&D. If worn, your current gender immediately changes to the other one. Most of the effects of gender in NetHack are cosmetic (Caveman <---> Cavewoman), but only female characters can lay eggs when polymorphed into an oviparous monster (such as a cockatrice). Additionally, male characters are seduced by succubi and female characters by incubi.
