Turkey Gravy


(From the kitchen of Elizabeth Adams)

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 quart Turkey juice

  1. Wisk together the Milk and Flour
  2. Heat Turkey Juice to almost boiling
  3. While stirring, slowly add the milk/flour mixture
  4. Bring to a slow boil, let thicken, if too thick, add milk
