8 slices bread
2 lightly beaten eggs
100g (3.5 oz) finely chopped ham
60g (2 oz) tasty cheese
Toast bread on one side, arrange bread toasted side down on lightly greased oven tray so that sides are touching.
Spread bread with eggs, ham and cheese.
Bake in moderate oven 20 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
Cut each slice into fingers and serve.
