A term for an issue that is the topic of unnecessary discussion and debate. People treat it as a
problem, when in fact it's a neutral or beneficial point.
This term was used to great effect by my father during my adolescence, and is also a useful when you're looking at politics.
It occurs to me that non-problem could also be a synonym for koan.
