AKA Steven Chiou, Zhou Xingchi- He is the #1 star of Chinese comedies for the past decade. Usually his movies are either set in modern Hong Kong or ancient China. He usually plays a clever scoundrel for example Wei Xiaobao in "Lu Ding Ji" or The God of Cookery. His movies sometimes make fun of serious movies like Chow Yun-Fat movies (although actually Chow Yun-fat has also made comedies before even though he is better known for his gangster movies)
He is basically unknown in the west, possibly because comedies are harder to translate than action movies, but his movies can be seen on Saturdays on the i-channel from time to time.
