Saint Louis County, technically the Delmar Loop starts in downtown
St Louis and goes all the way out to
West County, but when people refer to
The Loop they mean the Delmar Loop (there are several other loops in St Louis, but they are referred to by their street names these days).
Rap artist Nelly is from The Loop, and he's proud. Same with the the St. Lunatics (I don't think they're all from the Loop, tho').
