Located in Anjangri, South Korea, about an hour south of Seoul, Camp Humphrey's is one of many U.S. Army installations in the Republic of Korea.

Home to the U.S. Army's 501st MI Bn, 6th Cav Rgt, and other smaller supporting units, Camp Humphrey's, or "the hump" is in Area III of South Korea. Area I installations are right up on the DMZ, Area II in the vicinity of Seoul, and Area III includes all the other installations.

ROK (Republic of Korea) forces also have a presence on Humphrey's, as with most Korean U.S. Army facilities. Most U.S. units work directly in conjunction with ROK units, as peers. The 5-mile trip around post would reveal just as many Korean soldiers as U.S. soldiers.
