Abregado-rae is a spaceport world within the Abregado star system. During the time of the Empire, the spaceport was considered on par with the worst places in the Rim Territories. Now, since the birth of the New Republic, civilization has come to the world. A bright, painfully clean cityscape rises over the landing pits, but the wild air of all spaceports (created by the mix of cultures and species) hangs over the place. The world is ruled by a repressive bureaucracy that is still struggling to bring outlying clans into line.
