A crappy pun on my name (Alex), and the unix tool lex. Oh well - it's short and easy to pronounce. Stuff that is cool would be The Simpsons, Dilbert, and Dave Matthews Band. Consider myself a geek, which is cool, but not a nerd which is. rather pejorative. Some of my favorite geek things are Linux (duh), Google, rc5, Beowulf, Slashdot, and Everything.
