Here is a locally famous Southern dish that I have created. It's a real favorite that I'm constantly asked to make for keg parties or regular cookouts. Ingredients are as follows:

  1. Quartered or cut-up fryer chicken
  2. 1 Bottle of "Sweet Baby Ray's" BBQ sauce
  3. 4 shots of any brand premium tequila
  4. Garlic powder, onion salt, pepper

Directions:

  1. In a Ziplock freezer bag, marinate your chicken and all your spices for no less than 1 hour in the tequila and 1/2 of the BBQ sauce.( Add all spices to taste)

  2. Cook your chicken on a grill at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.

  3. Relax and relish the fact that you are now the king of BBQ chicken.
