“Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something.”
- Plato
Incessant rambling, is, of course what, fools do to keep a conversation going. It is one of the many social diseases of humanity. This phenomena usually occurs to the average person a couple of times a day and happens as such: Out of necessity one socializes with a person of lowly intellect, known in this case as a fool. The converstaion stays its course and is eventually exhausted. Howoever, the fool, whether driven by an intense need to be popular, or simply because he too absorbed in himself to stop conversationalizing and is oblivious to the other party's boredom, continues to ramble on incessantly.
Typical
symptoms exhibited in the party upon which is being incessantly rambled is
severe boredom or
intense rage. The only way to cure this "disease" is to purge the world of fools, a
pleasant, but unlikely s
cenario.
