Lockheart's idea is good, in
theory. Alas, the reality is that zapping someone with 1.5V is not going to do anything useful.
You really need all the flash hardware, especially the
transformer coil. It's that coil that's going to
discharge the capacitor in 1000ths of a second and
arc a 10,000V burst on the other side and
that is going to hurt in the morning...
