Use of P as a Prefix to denote Pseudosity,bogosity; e.g.
    I'd be pthrilled to help you redo these tables, which you seem to have formatted with spaces and tabs
    Believe me, I dated her: they're preal.

Seems like this would be a good way to subtly signal sarcasm, or doubt, in a written exchange. I think the P could be silent when spoken, so that you could look someone straight in the eye and say,
    "What a ppleasure."
