Use of P as a Prefix to denote
Pseudosity,bogosity; e.g.

Seems like this would be a good way to subtly signal
sarcasm, or doubt, in a written exchange. I think the P could be silent when spoken, so that you could look someone straight in the eye and say,
"What a ppleasure."
