Microsoft interviewers (I go for the sheer enjoyment value) when they ask me, "What's your favorite
Microsoft innovation?" is to reply,
"Why,
Microsoft BOB of course!"
I haven't met one interviewer yet who actually knew what it was.
Depressing, really, but expected.
