Calcium Citrate (thing)

Calcium Citrate (C₁₂H₁₀Ca₃O₁₄·4H₂O), also known as Tricalcium citrate, is provided in the tetrahydrate form, and is produced to meet the specifications of The Food Chemical Codex and The United States Pharmacopoeia. Test methods are listed in the current FCC and USP. It is sparingly soluble in water, and insoluble in alcohol.
