The Triple Burner, aka the San Jiao, aka the Triple Warmer or Heater is an organ in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Unlike the kidneys, the heart, and the lungs, which are organs in both Western medicine and in Chinese medicine, the Triple Burner doesn't correspond to anything structural , instead, it is a functional organ, whose purpose is to heat and separate the various fluids going through the body.
