My friend is eager to help everyone. If you have questions ask her, she'll do what she can to find the answers. If you're a newbie you may even receive welcome if she happens to spot you! Newbies (and everyone else) should check out wertperch's homenode. There's a section of tools for newbies that everyone should look at once in a while.
