It's the Western Pennsylvania Linux Users Group. It meets in the Wean Hall on Carnegie Mellon University's campus in Pittsburgh, the first Saturday of every month as well as the second Saturday of odd numbered months for Installfests.

It's purpose is to help people in the area install and run Linux effectively as well as interest others in using Linux for the first time (The purpose of the installfests). Information can be found at www.wplug.org.
