A vegetable brush is a stiff nylon brush intended to scrub veggies such as potatoes, carrots, or kumera. Use under running water (but save the water to wash up).
A really good vegetable brush will fit your hand perfectly and be easy to rinse clean. It will remove dirt and all the other nasty stuff that can invisibly cling to your veggies before they reach your kitchen. Using a veggie brush means never having to peel again!
