In retail, products either left unpurchased with the cashier or in the wrong place. In large department stores or grocery stores the reshop items are usually gathered into a shopping cart and an employee is assigned to return the items to their proper place.
Reshop is part of a process called recovery, which also includes product facing and just generally straighting up the store.
