A problem that can sometimes occur when soldering electrical circuits. What can happen is that as you are soldering something, usually to a PCB, you can have what looks like a good electrical connection, but it doesn't actually connect. This is because the flux in the middle of the solder formed a bubble and stopped the two pieces of metal from touching and thus conducting electricity.

It has nothing to do with marijuana.
