Rose's Butter Cream Icing for cake or cupcakes
Cream together with electric mixer
until soft and fluffy:
1 box confectioners sugar(4X)
1 stick softened butter
4 - 5 Tablespoons pure vanilla extract
4 Tablespoons Half & Half
(or Fat Free Half & Half in larger amounts
with correspondingly less butter)
The high amount of vanilla in this recipe results in a slightly tan colored icing but makes it really good.
