Ambient House is interesting in that it combines the best of the beatless concepts of Ambient, with the smooth mellowness of good House. By combining the easy-listening 4/4 style with the often complex and difficult sound layers of downtempo, a hybrid was created that bridged the gap, and made many of us very happy people. :-)
